When will my order arrive? Orders typically arrive between 5 and 14 days after your order was placed. 

I have only received part of my order, what do I do? Your items ship as they become available, getting them to you faster. If your order has a variety of items they may ship separately. Click on the order confirmation to review your order details. Click on the shipping confirmation to review your tracking details. 

Is there a way to track my order? Yes, you have a few options:

1. When placing your order be sure to sign up for a store account and select the option to receive tracking updates.

2. DOWNLOAD the Arrive App for your order status page. 

3. Once your items have shipped you should receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text. Here you can find your order tracking details.
